It is globally evidenced that poverty, armed conflicts and other emergencies keep many, many kids around the globe out of school. In developing Countries such as Kenya, kids from the poorest households are four times more likely to be out of school than those from richest households (SGD No. 4, UN). The key challenges keeping children out of school include; poverty, disasters such as floods, lack of or insufficient support due to orphan-hood, HIV/AIDs and other terminal and incapacitating conditions. In order to ensure access to quality and affordable education for kids in our areas of operations, United Hope International undertakes the following projects;
